Who can join the eInvoicePro Alliance Partner Program?
The program is built for chartered accountant firms, tax consultants, and practices that already advise sales tax registered businesses in Pakistan. Software houses and POS resellers who implement for those clients also join. What matters is an existing client relationship you can support, not firm size.
Do we need technical staff to become a partner?
No. Most partner teams are accountants and consultants, not developers. Onboarding covers the product screens your clients will use day to day. If a client needs ERP or API work, our team supports that part directly.
Who supports the end client after onboarding — our firm or Faubix?
Both, with a clear split. Your firm owns the client relationship and the tax advice. Faubix owns the product: platform issues, FBR-facing behaviour, and technical escalations. Partners can bring us into a client call whenever that is faster.
What training and materials do partners receive?
A full product walkthrough for your team, refreshers when the product changes, and ready-to-use materials you can put in front of clients. The goal is that your team can run a client demo without us in the room.
How does being listed on the partners page work?
Once onboarding is complete, your firm name and logo appear in the partner network shown on this page and inside the software. Send us a clean logo file and the exact firm name you want displayed.
How long does partner onboarding usually take?
For most firms it is a short introductory conversation followed by a product walkthrough. Timelines depend mainly on how quickly your team can sit for training, not on paperwork at our end.
Where are the partner terms written down?
The Alliance Partners Agreement section of our Terms & Conditions sets out the formal terms between Faubix and partner firms. Read that alongside anything discussed on a call.
