This Shipment / Delivery Policy explains how eInvoicePro by M/s FAUBIX ("FAUBIX") delivers its services. It is published for transparency and for payment gateway / banking channel requirements.

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

eInvoicePro is a cloud-based software service. We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, parcel, tracking number, or delivery address required for the product itself.

2. What Is Delivered

After successful payment, delivery consists of:

  • Online access to the eInvoicePro Platform via login
  • Account activation / credentials for authorized users
  • Service features included in your purchased plan

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard: Access is usually activated instantly after payment confirmation.
  • If delayed: Activation is completed within 24 hours on working days. If you do not receive access, contact info@faubix.com with your payment reference.

4. Proof of Delivery

Successful login access and/or confirmation email constitute proof that the digital service has been delivered. FAUBIX may keep records of activation for support and payment verification.

5. Service Area

Digital delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan (and wherever internet access to the Platform is available for authorized users).

6. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If payment succeeds but you cannot access the Platform, email info@faubix.com or call +92 326 833 7716. We will verify the transaction and complete activation. This does not change our Refund & Cancellation Policy except for verified duplicate charges.
