Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions and service fees for eInvoicePro operated by M/s FAUBIX ("FAUBIX"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions (Section 9 — Fees and Payment).

1. Nature of the Service

eInvoicePro is a digital software subscription / license. No physical product is sold. Access is provided online after successful payment and account activation.

2. No Refunds

All fees paid to FAUBIX are non-refundable and non-adjustable, regardless of termination, non-usage, or account suspension, except as expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions and in Section 4 below.

This includes monthly or annual subscription fees, license fees, setup fees (if any), and other service charges once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription by written notice to info@faubix.com.
  • After cancellation, access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
  • No partial refund is issued for unused days remaining in a paid period.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access as per our Terms.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate / erroneous charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us with proof. After verification, excess amounts may be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Company cessation: If FAUBIX is dissolved, liquidated, or permanently ceases operations, you may receive a pro-rated refund of fees paid in advance for the unexpired service period only, as stated in our Terms. That refund is your sole remedy.

Service downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages (including FBR systems) are not grounds for a refund.

5. How to Contact Us

For cancellation or billing questions, email info@faubix.com with your registered account email / company name and payment reference. We typically respond within 5–7 working days.

6. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action under applicable payment provider and banking rules. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts in Karachi, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
