Spinning mills
Yarn invoices with the count on every line, and cotton bought from ginners on FBR's own scenario.
Textile · FBR
Yarn and fabric invoices have rules other industries don't. eInvoicePro puts the count, denier or construction, HS code and unit on every line, checks your buyer, and sends each invoice to FBR as you bill.

Who it's for
For mills and traders that invoice in kilograms, metres and bales.
Yarn invoices with the count on every line, and cotton bought from ginners on FBR's own scenario.
Grey and finished fabric with its construction, and conversion work billed on the right scenario.
High-volume dispatches to registered and unregistered buyers, with every invoice sent to FBR.
The rules
On top of the usual details, FBR checks these on every yarn and fabric invoice.
| Field | What FBR expects | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Description | For yarn and fabric, the count, denier and construction, as section 23 of the Sales Tax Act requires | 20/1 carded cotton yarn; 150D polyester filament yarn; grey fabric 76×68, 30×30, 63" |
| HS code | The code from FBR's list for each line | Picked from FBR's list in eInvoicePro |
| Unit | A unit FBR accepts for that HS code | Kilograms for cotton yarn |
| Sale type | The FBR scenario that fits the sale | SN009 for spinners buying from ginners, SN016 for processing and conversion |
| Buyer | A registered buyer's NTN, checked before you send | Checked in eInvoicePro as you pick the buyer |
eInvoicePro keeps the description, HS code and unit on each product, so your team never types them again. See the full sales tax invoice format.
